Sweet Potato Chips!

Sweet potato chips are my favorite carb to put in my meal preps or just to have for a yummy snack. 

Ingredients: 

- 2 sweet potatoes

- 1 tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil

- dash of cinnamon

- pinch salt & pepper

How to make this greatness:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees

2. Cut Sweet potatoes into thin slices

3.  Place them in a mixing bowl and stir in all ingredients.

4. Lay them out on a cookie sheet and place in oven and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
