Friday Night Fun — Caroline COmer

When you get the text from one of your best friends asking if you want to go bar hopping (coffee bar that is) the answer is always yes!! So last night, Abbie and I decided that we would visit downtown Greenville and go coffee bar hopping! Greenville is a cool place when you just want to get out and have fun! There is always something going on!

The plan was to grab a bite to eat and then hit 3 different coffee bars. (We had already accepted the fact that we would never fall asleep that night, lol.)

Our first stop for food was Caviar & Bananas. Why? Because they have THE BEST make your own salad bar and other fresh foods! The atmosphere at C&B is very relaxing and super"cute." We sat outside and enjoyed our food & our free cucumber lime water! After we ate, the plan was to head over to Methodical Coffee (which is amazing! Their hot mocha is to die for!), but it was closed :( Sooooo we strolled the streets and captured some fun moments! We enjoyed listening to a violen player, a saxophone player, singers, and the drums. The great thing about Greenville is that there is always a lot going on so you will never get bored.

Our next stop was Spill the Beans coffee bar and creamery where I ordered a iced mocha and Abbie ordered a caramel macchiato! Both of which were very satisfying after we had ran around taking pictures. One item that Spill the Beans is known for is there ice cream + coffee which I did not try but have heard it is super yummy! So after a lot of stares and faces that looked like "why are those girls taking pictures of their coffee" we headed to our last stop; Coffee Underground. Coffee Underground specializes in coffee AND freshly made desserts! By this time (11:00) we were not really in the mood for coffee because we were still feeling the coffee we had drank 15 minutes before and we were sweating. Buttttttt... we ordered anyways because...why not! We shared a "White Fox" which was a latte with mint and vanilla flavoring. Superrrrr Yummy! After that, we were "Coffee-ed Out!."

So, if you are looking for a good time and want to do something fun with friends I highly recommend downtown Greenville because they offer some of the best restaurants, shops, entertainment around, AND some really tasty coffee! Oh yeah! And what other city has a river with a beautiful waterfall running through it?
