Protein Pancakes
Today I am sharing my recipe for protein pancakes! You guys! These are seriously the best things ever! I eat at them at least 4 times a week (usually for dinner because I can't live without my mocha shake for breakfast). They are a great way to get some protein in without high sugar or fat. I have played around with them for a little over a year and have finally got them perfect to where they taste great, have the least ingredients as possible, and are super easy!!!
Recipe:
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup oikos triple zero vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
Agave Nectar for Syrup!
Blend all together and pour on the pan (medium heat)! It makes it a lot easier of the pan is the exact size you want your pancake. This recipe makes a really big and filling pancake! #nomz #for #days
These are super good fresh off the pan but also good to take on the go and eat cold (if you add some dark chocolate chips;))
