Books!

I am not a big reader, but when I do read, I prefer personal development books. Ever since I was little my Mom would buy me inspirational self-help books. At first, I was annoyed and would not read them, but after reading The Seven Habits of a Highly Effective Teen (Stephen Covey) in high school I was hooked. Since then, I have read several other self-improvement books that have really inspired me in all areas of my life. Some of the more recent ones include; How to Win Friends and Influence People (Dale Carnegie), The Compound Effect (Darren Hardy), Women Who Work (Ivanka Trump), Live (Sadie Robertson), and A Tribe Called Bliss (Lori Harder). Reading about entrepreneurs, successful women, and mental toughness, inspires me to live out my fullest potential.

How to Win Friends and Influence People taught me how to be a good listener and encourage others to talk about themselves.

The Compound Effect taught me that consistency is the ultimate key to success.

Women Who Work inspired me to redefine success and create a life that honors my individual passions and priorities in a way only I can.

Live taught me that there is a big difference between being alive and knowing how to truly live.

A Tribe Called Bliss taught me how to break through superficial friendships, create real connections, reach my highest potential.
