Autobiography
30 years later…
I am 51 years old. Wow! What a great life I have lived. After graduating from college, I moved to Paris for two years to learn more about fashion and blogging. While I was there, I met some extraordinary women influencers. They taught me how to properly brand myself while still remaining genuine and authentic. The last six months I was there, my health and wellness blog took off, so I decided to move back to the states and start my own company; Caroline and Co., a health and wellness brand. All of my passions made into a company for the purpose of helping others achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.
When I was 25 I went to Australia for business, and met the love of my life on Bondi beach when I was taking my morning walk. He was just finishing up with his morning surf and it was love at first sight. I decided to stay for an extra 6 months to get to know him and launch my company in Australia. After those 6 months we both came back to the states where we continued dating for 5 years.
The day before my 30th birthday he proposed and we got married a year later in Aspen, Colorado. My dream wedding. Lots of fur, family, snowboarding, and fun. Nine months later we had our first baby girl.
At this point, my company was the #1 Health and Wellness company in the U.S. I had great foundation and team within my company, so I decided to sell Caroline & Co. to a young girl I had been mentoring for about five years. I no longer wanted to work because my baby girl and husband were my priority.
We have been traveling all over the world ever since and could not be happier. My daughter is at Westmont now just like her Mom, and my husband and I live on butterfly beach. I could not be more grateful for my life and I am so glad that I just trusted God and his plan for me all along.
